Abhinandan Mohanta

With over 2.6 years of work experience as a Sports Data Analyst, Abhinandan is accomplished at breaking down match videos, extracting statistics, and analyzing patterns of play. He is a logical and organized individual with innovative ideas for problem-solving. He has the qualities to coordinate and communicate with the other members and leading a particular task. In addition to his experience and personal qualities, he offers a strong commitment to ongoing education and development and is currently pursuing a PGD in Football Management from All India Football Federation. During this course, he has had the opportunity to intern in the Indian Super League (2020-21) and the I-league (2021) season where he got the experience of various aspects of the game like the Matchday operations, Venue management, Training ground coordination, etc. He is eager to continue to develop as a professional while contributing to the organizational goals.

Abhishek Singh

From being scolded for tearing shoes every week to stopping the cricket ball by legs during fielding, this marked the beginning of a lifetime of emotions related to football for Abhishek Singh. From a young age, he has been an ardent sports fan. He finds that working in sports is a way for him to connect with the world. He completed his schooling from Rashtriya Military School, Dholpur and Bachelor’s in Economics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He got the opportunity to be the sports head of and was a member of the organizing team. Having finished his bachelors, he joined AIFF Masters in 2020 to pursue his career in the sports industry. He has interned for Dribl, a social media marketing company, for two years. Apart from that, he has worked as a sports content writer for various websites during his bachelors. However, the AIFF Masters program helped him understand how the AIFF, football's apex governing body in India, functions. In I-League, he got the opportunity to work in the match day & venue operations. He was part of the match day operations team of Kolkata's three biggest stadiums - Salt Lake Stadium, KBK Stadium & Kalyani Stadium.

Aditya Seshadri

Aditya Seshadri was born in Delhi. He has a bachelor's degree in the field of Business Administration. Aditya has been deeply passionate about football since a very young age and believes that the sport is responsible for shaping his life and turning him into the man that he is today. He has good communication skills and is sincere and hardworking. He was a part of his college football team. He has also represented his college in various athletic events. He has an understanding of Hindi, English, Tamil and Spanish. Aditya has completed internships with an NGO in the field of HR. His last internship was with Bengaluru FC, where he worked as an operations volunteer during their 2020-21 ISL season. Aditya is currently pursuing his AIFF Masters degree and is working extensively in the field of match day operations in the I-League. He aspires to work in a multi-dimensional environment which challenges his abilities, giving him the opportunity to learn and contribute as much as possible.

Ansuman Joshi

Ansuman’s journey with football started as a fan when his school team played in the district qualifiers for the Subroto Cup. Cheering for the team under the rain, the chants, the adrenaline rush, the parade after the victory, all these made him fall in love with the game of football. He is an engineering graduate who pays great attention to details. He has been part of the Go-Karting team in his engineering days and ranked 7th all over India. Taking this forward, he also wrote a research paper in an International Journal for increasing the safety factor of Gokarts. He has 1.5 years of experience in the marketing Industry. He has handled their online presence of several clients, and has managed a national level robotic competition in India. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Football Management from All India Football Federation (AIFF). During this time, he has had the opportunity to intern in the Indian Super League (2020-21), the I-League (2021) season and AFC Champions League Group Stage. This taught him about Organization, Matchday Operations, Venue management, Security, logistics etc.

Arun Joseph

Arun Joseph completed his BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kottayam, Kerala, India. Currently, he is pursuing a Post-Graduation Diploma in Football Management (AIFF Masters) from All India Football Federation. He has been passionate about football since he was in school. He has been an active football player representing his school in district-level competitions and participating in the Kerala Sevens tournaments, giving him unflappable confidence as a player. While pursuing his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, he was an active part of his college football team, captaining the team for three years. This provided him with an opportunity to hone his leadership skills. Through this program he got to experience first-hand the working of Indian Football, through interactions with AIFF department heads and by working as liaison officer for 2021 I-League and by assisting the operational manager of Odisha FC in 2020-2021 Indian Super League. With such intensive training, he is now become competent in football management.

Ayush Mehta

Hailing from the heart of India, Madhya Pradesh, Ayush has completed his Bachelor's in Commerce. He is extremely passionate about sports and brings to the table a wealth of knowledge of how the industry operates. Being a national table tennis player for the past 15 years, he has always been enthusiastic about sports and comes with the experience of managing local clubs and coaching young athletes. Apart from having trained male and female athletes, he was also responsible for teaching relevant skills, tactics, techniques and providing fitness training. He is goal-oriented with a winning mentality; a sports aficionado who always encourages other athletes to build sustainable training habits, while pursuing a healthy lifestyle himself.

Bishes Panda

Bishes has about 4 years of work experience as a Software Engineer at Tech Mahindra Ltd. and 2 months of experience in working as the U15 National Football Team Manager. He brings the value of a professional. At Tech Mahindra, he worked for an American Client and was the backup lead for the team. He is a team player and knows how to build relationships. Since his school days, he has had a strong passion and love for football. Although he joined a corporate company, his passion pulled him out as he decided to become a part of the football fraternity. Thus, I joined AIFF Masters in Football Management from All India Football Federation. His experience with the U15 National Team has given him a strong understanding of administration and management in terms of football in India.

Chinmay Pagar

On the academic front, Chinmay has completed his Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering, where, he was the Editor-In-Chief of the college magazine and Organizing Head for the Annual Fest. These responsibilities helped shape his as a person and gave him his first taste of leadership and management. He then worked as a Sports Content Writer for various websites and interviewed athletes from different backgrounds. Inspired by that, he started a social media platform for Indian athletes named ‘Root For Sports’ to encourage sports culture at the grassroots level. But it was the AIFF Masters program that truly put him on the path to a career in sports. It helped him understand the working of football’s apex body in India, the All India Football Federation and its various functions. Indian Super League and I-League 2020-21 allowed him to apply on field, everything that he learned in the classroom. During the ISL, he got closer to the action while assisting Bengaluru FC with match day -1 operations. He worked as the Liaison Officer for Chennai City FC at the I-League. He has also been a part of the match day operations at various stadiums in Kolkata.

Deep Chatterjee

Deep Chatterjee has completed his graduation in B.Com from Scottish Church College in 2019. He is currently pursuing PGD in Football Management from All India Football Federation. During this Course, he has had the opportunity to intern in the Indian Super League (2020-21) and the I-League (2021) season learning about Organization, Match day Operations, Venue Management, Security and F&B coordination and the overall process to conduct a successful league. He is a fast learner and he understands the value of time management. He is great at working with teams. His adaptability allows him to work in different environments, in addition to speaking with people from various backgrounds. He is always ready to learn, and eager to develop as a professional while contributing to organizational goals with honesty and passion.

Divyansh Mathur

Divyansh Mathur has completed his graduation in B.Tech in 2018 and joined Infosys Private Ltd as a Software Engineer through campus recruitment. After working there for 2 years and taking a senior position within the team by the end of his stint, he gained a keen interest in taking up managerial responsibilities. Team representation, delegation of work, and regular communication with the clients were a part of these responsibilities. However, he was not satisfied with working in the IT sector; and being a lifelong ardent football fan wanted to join the Sports Industry and bring his skill set to help professionalize the Indian Sports Community. He joined AIFF Masters in 2020 to educate himself about the field at the highest level and back his analytical and communication skills with actual technical knowledge and to apply the same to develop himself and the organization he is working with. He has progressively enhanced his knowledge of this field throughout the course of AIFF Masters and applied the same through internships in Indian Super League (1 month) and I-League (3 months) learning about the organization, operations, governance, and management during the competition.

Jayanth Gowda

For several years now, Jayanth has focused his career path and academic pursuits on learning and developing skills necessary to work in a competitive environment. As a personal mission, he strives to empower and improve other's outlooks and circumstances. He believes that being genuine and nurturing, along with professional and driven, is an essential combination for people working in the football field. His abilities extend to decision-making and innovation, with proficiency in leadership. Working with people from diverse backgrounds has provided him with a deep understanding and awareness of differences in both individuals and organizations.

Karan Gollerkeri

Karan Gollerkeri represented the state of Karnataka for various sports, consecutively for 4 years. He has also won a bronze medal for India in 2016. Playing sports professionally ingrained in him the values of discipline, hard work and perseverance. Over the years, his love for the game has turned into a passion. Karan Gollerkeri did his Bachelor’s in Commerce from Christ University, Bangalore where he represented the University football team and was also part of the core organizing team for Chrispo, the annual sports fest. While he was in college, he played for Vamos FC in the 4th Division of The Amateur League and they went on to win the league. After he graduated, he worked as a Marketing Executive in Pune for a year. During his time there, he played for Sangvi FC in the 1st division of the PDFA league. Working and playing football at that level simultaneously taught him the importance of teamwork and time management. He decided to do the AIFF Masters in Football Management to pursue a career in the football industry. As a part of the course, he was present at the Football house in Delhi for a month. He worked with Bengaluru FC in the ISL for a month, where he assisted the Operations team with their Matchday -1 operations. He is currently working in the I-League, where h is coordinating match day operations as well as Training ground operations.

Karan Mehta

Karan Mehta was born in Kota. He has a bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering. Karan is passionate and cares deeply about football from a very young age and believes that the sport is responsible for instilling the ability to become a better leader and communicator. He has good communication skills and is sincere and hardworking. He has also represented his school in various athletic and cultural events. He has an understanding of Hindi, English, and Spanish. Karan is currently pursuing the AIFF Master's from All India Football Federation and has worked extensively in the management of the Hero I-League. Karan is accomplished at breaking down match videos, extracting statistics, and analyzing patterns of play. He is a logical and organized individual with innovative ideas for problem-solving. He has the qualities to coordinate and communicate with other members and leading a particular task. In addition to his experience and personal qualities, he offers a strong commitment to his professional life and development of football in the country.

Nandan Waghmare

Nandan Waghmare has completed his bachelors in Physics with first class marks from Pune University. He also received the best project award for his research project on Nano-Materials. He is bilingual: he speaks English, Hindi and Marathi (which is his mother tongue). Alternatively, he can converse in German at the A2 level and knows beginner level Spanish. As part of the AIFF Masters’ inaugural batch, Nandan worked in Goa for this season’s Hero Indian Super League. He liasoned with the Odisha FC operations team during the club’s home games at Bambolim Stadium. He learnt how to run an ISL clubs’ daily operations. Prior to AIFF Masters, Nandan has had the privilege of working in the football industry in multiple roles around Pune, Maharashtra. He has prior experience, working with the I-League club DSK Shivajians as a Stadium Operations Volunteer. As an aspiring football manager, he is currently working at the ongoing Hero I-League 2020-21 in Kolkata, as part of the AIFF Masters program. His love and passion for football blending with his non-compromising, purposeful attitude towards administration is an asset. He believes that Indian football has huge potential both on the pitch and off the pitch; but it requires the right leaders to drive it forward.

Nikhil Shetty

The love for sports came to Nikhil Shetty naturally - from his early schooling days he participated in whatever sport he could - cricket, athletics, badminton, football, Kho-Kho to name a few. He represented his school playing Kho-Kho at Maharashtra state level competitions. He started playing football during his college days, it was when he represented Thane DFA at U/17 state championships and later represented Mumbai DFA at U/19 state championship. Playing sports ingrained in him values of discipline, competitiveness and hard work. He graduated Bachelor’s in Commerce from S.K. Somaiya college, Vidyavihar where he represented the college football team for 3 years. Throughout this period, he also played for several clubs in the Mumbai District Football league. After his graduation, he worked as a assistant coach for Poddar International school, Seawoods for a year and half. He assisted the head coach with training and developing U/10 and U/13 players. In 2017, he moved to Warsaw to pursue his Masters in Business Administration. Along with the studies he started working as HR associate at Sitel Polska. He completed the MBA, majoring in Human Resources. He continued to work with his current employers but was not satisfied with the work I was doing. Football was his passion and he wanted to turn it into his career. He decided to return to India and Joined the AIFF Masters to pursue the career in football Industry. Football is a growing sport in our country and he believes it will grow exponentially in the future. He wants to be part of this growth and aid the development of Indian Football.

Kashif Kamran

Being a Core-Committee Member of the Department of Sports at St. Xavier’s College Kolkata, Kashif successfully hosted the Inter- District College Games and Sports at Sports Authority of India, Kolkata over a period of 7 days which consisted of more than 10 participating districts, for both men and women in more than 5 different sporting events. He has had a variety of experiences with different roles in Sport Management. He has worked as a Business Development Executive intern at Highpatchers Pvt. Ltd. He is currently the Team Manager of U-20 Women’s National Team at the All India Football Federation. He is not only used to making an impact in every role or project that he is a part of, but he also enjoys working in a challenging environment. Kashif is result oriented in his work. During his time as a Business Development Executive intern at Highpatchers Pvt. Ltd., he was able to get the highest paying client for the company in his first month of joining.

Pruthvi Nayak

Pruthvi Nayak graduated in medicine from AIMS&RC, Bengaluru. He is currently pursuing Masters in Football Management from All India Football Federation. During this course, he has had the opportunity to intern in the Indian Super League (2020-21) and the I-League (2021) season learning about Organization, Matchday Operations, Venue management, Security and F&B coordination, etc. The reason he changed his career pathway, was due to his passion for football. He is eager to develop as a professional, and enjoys talking to people from various backgrounds. He is a fast learner and understands the value of time management and clear communication.

Rahul Biswas

Rahul Biswas completed his Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Business Administration from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. He is now a part of PGD in Football Management from All India Football Federation. From a student of commerce, Rahul has quickly transformed into a savvy football business professional. He is adaptable, technologically competent and understands the importance of creativity and time management in a high-performance environment. His previous experiences have allowed him to develop abilities in business administration, marketing and advertising. He is eager for the opportunity to learn and applying his critical thinking, leadership and communication skills. Rahul’s focus is to utilize his strengths in brand development to make a positive impact on the organization as a whole. He enjoys gathering, organizing and analyzing information, working in groups and contributing to project strategies.

Richin Babu

Richin Babu has been attracted to football since his childhood. He has a ‘never-give-up’ mentality, which has helped him find his way to football management after a few bumps in the way. Richin has completed his graduation in physics, post which he went on to pursue Hotel Management. He got injured a short while after, during a football match and had to get operated on. He then left Hotel Management, and worked at an Auditing firm. During this time, he found the AIFF Masters’ program that has led him to now convert his dreams into reality. He has been the Liaison Officer for Neroca FC during the I-League season of 2020-2021; and currently serves as a Liaison Officer for FC Goa at the AFC Champions League, where India’s making history. This undying love for the sport has brought him here and he is willing to work his way to the top.

Saketh Choudhary

Saketh is currently pursuing his master’s degree in football management from the All India Football Federation, through the AIFF Masters program. The program has given them good insight on the ways the footballing world functions, and the best practices which would help standardize, Streamline and elevate the current system of football in India. He has been a part of the matchday operations and LOC teams at prestigious competitions like the ISL, I-League and the AFC Champions League; learning the work that goes on behind the scenes of a fancy football match. After finally entering an industry where his passion lies and having learnt from AIFF about the insides of Indian football, he is very excited and only looking forward to contributing his best. After completing his Bachelors in Business Administration, he has 3+ years of experience working in the B2B market with Sales and Account Management, in the SaaS environment; worked on SaaS products and maintained clientele in the Education & Training sector and the Food & Beverage industry. He has handled various job roles from across sales, business analysis, account management and customer relations. He was fortunate enough to have been a part of fast paced teams and to have worked on both small scale projects valued at Rs.1 lakh per year, and large-scale multi-location and international projects valued up to Rs.60 lakh per year.

Soumojit Choudhury

Mr. Soumojit Choudhury is an aspiring football manager who is currently working at the ongoing HERO I-League 2020-21 in Kolkata, as part of his AIFF Masters program. Soumojit is closely engaged in this season’s I-League’s operations and organizing section. He is helping AIFF in matchday preparations taking up varied roles: from media coordinator, to general operational jobs. Also, he coordinates with Indian Football Association (IFA) for training of teams during non-match days, makes sure the training ground facilities are ready and are up to the mark. He also works with the refereeing department, taking care of their requirements during the league as the general coordinator of referees. Soumojit is gaining experience of handling and managing the daily requirements of any football team during a league, handling pressure situations, disciplinary codes, tackling varied characters (of players and coaches) at the training ground. Soumojit’s strengths would be definitely his honest and purposeful attitude towards completing any given task. His hunger to learn new things and upgrade his skill set everyday should be an asset to any organization or team he gets associated with in the coming days. Being an English Literature student in his bachelor studies, Soumojit is well versed in English which is the common working language. Also, he speaks fluent Hindi and Bengali is his mother tongue, he is also learning Spanish and can speak beginner level Spanish. Soumojit’s love and passion for football blending with his non-compromising, purposeful attitude towards administration should be an asset in the football industry. He believes that Indian football has huge potential both on the pitch and off the pitch, commercially; but it requires the right leaders to drive it forward.

Vaibhav Arora

Vaibhav has completed his schooling from St. Marks Senior Secondary Public School, New Delhi. He played a key role in the school winning the west-zone Delhi Championship. This victory taught him the vitality of hard work, perseverance. He also represented Dynamic Football Academy for a year in the Delhi Youth League (DYL). After completing his schooling, he studied business administration at Bharatiya Vidyapeeth University. During this time, he interned with S.K Construction, where he worked as a marketing trainee. He has also attained the level B1 in German, as certified by Max-Mueller Bhavan. He graduated in 2020, after which he enrolled in the AIFF Masters program. During the AIFF Masters course, he has worked in the ISL for a month. Currently, he is working in the I-League in the sector of training and match-day operations.

vaibhav-sehra

Vaibhav graduated in B.Com [Hons] from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Football Management from All India Football Federation. During this course, he has had the opportunity to intern in the Indian Super League (2020-21) and the I-League (2021) season. He is detail-oriented, which helped him while he worked for Match day Operations and Venue Management in I League. He has mastered the skill of time management and is a good blend of academic learning along with practical experience.
